What can I say? I have the BEST JOB in the world!! I get to celebrate the happiest day of peoples lives with them. I am always humbled when multiple members of a family ask me to capture their big day. I photographed Tre & Justin’s wedding as well as their good friends Caine & Henry. This time I got to work with Tre’s sister Erin and her new husband Mark! It was a fabulous day. My great friend, Jeff Blumberg of www.pikthis.com, was with me lending his talents as he was at Tre & Justin’s wedding. Erin & Mark are such warm and kind people we really felt part of the family. And just look at them!! They are HOT! Erin was breathtaking! They prepared for the wedding at Embassy Suites in Newark and the ceremony/reception was held at the Executive Banquet Hall. We snuck over to Glasgow Park for what I think was the fastest portrait session I have ever pulled off! I usually don’t post NEARLY this many but I had so much fun editing them I said what the heck! Congratulations to the newlyweds!!!!

One of the best things about being a Delaware Wedding Photographer is how close I am to all these amazing wedding locations. I can’t rave enough about these two families! I shot Sarah’s sister Amanda’s wedding last year and had the absolute pleasure of being a part of the family again yesterday! I really felt like family. Sarah and Sam were amazing to work with! The weather was AWESOME and the location was stunning. The reception was held at the Ocean City Yacht Club. The staff at the Ocean City Yacht Club were amazing. Thanks guys! Congratulations Sarah & Sam!

Erin & Eric were loads of fun. It’s wonderful people like these two that make being a Delaware Wedding Photographer so much FUN! We did more laughing than shooting I think! The weather was outrageous! high 70s in November! All of the images were shot at the Brandywine Creek State Park

So it rains for what 21 straight days and we get a day like yesterday?!?!? WOW! What a beautiful day! Amanda was just STUNNING as expected. I photographed Amanda and the girls getting readu at her parents house while Jim captured the men getting ready. I shot their engagement pics last fall at Brandywine Creek State Park. I love shooting engagement portraits because it allows me to get to know my wedding clients and helps them feel more comfortable in front of a camera. Amanda & Tom’s wedding ceremony was at Immacuate Heart of Mary in Wilmington. I love shooting there. The stained glass and lighting is really terrific for weddings. We stopped at Valley Garden Park on Campbell Road in Greenville for bridal party portraits and portraits of the bride and groom. Valley Garden Park is one of Delaware’s hidden gems. If you have never been there I HIGHLY recommend you visit. It has everything a wedding photographer could every want with its lush trees, it’s hills and a beautiful landscape. Some of my favorite shots are of Tom & Amanda posing with the vintage Rolls Royce they used for the wedding. After the portriats we headed on to the reception hosted by the Mendenhall Inn. The Mendenhall Inn staff did a terrific job , as always. They are located on Rt. 52 in Mendenhall, PA. One of the fringe benefits of wedding photography is the food! The crabcakes during the cocktail hour are the best I have ever had! The reception was a fantastic celebration and I felt privileged to be a part of the entire affair. I can not say enough good things about these families. They really made us feel like part of the family. Im proud to call them friends. CONGRATS you two!!!

I’ve been a Delaware wedding photographer for 18 years and when Monica told me they were going to get married in the Camden Adventure Aquarium I was like “huh?” I had no idea the adventure aquarium hosted weddings!! I thought it was a great idea. I must admit the thought of reflective fish tanks everywhere is actually a photographers nightmare but we pulled it off!! the waterfront showing Philadelphia and the Ben Franklin Bridge was great. Good time was had by all and I feel privileged to have taken some timeless memories for their family.
